Help on 'importing' or 'updating' email addresses and subscriber details
When you import email addresses, be aware of the following:
- If the same email address is imported twice, an update will occur and the details from the latest import will be added or will replace/update the existing details.
- Updates to subscriber detail are cumulative. For example, subscriber First Name values can be updated in one file upload and Last Name values in another.
